Item that is always in your fridge:  Wine and Cheese

Most challenging wine pairing:  Asparagus

Best thing about the Virginia Wine Industry:  The challenges - each day is filled with important things to do both in the winery and in the vineyard.

Worst thing about the Virginia Wine Industry:  There are still a lot of people who do not connect the vineyard to the wine.  Viticulture (grape growing) is the most important part of wine making.

Favorite Bumper Sticker (or saying):  Give Blood, Play Rugby

Comfort Food: A plate of good cheese

Most embarrassing moment:  too many to list.

Most overrated virtue: impatience, to grow good wine you must take your time.

Favorite Wine: A nice Chardonnay from Burgundy.  A Chablis perhaps.
