What is your favorite cuisine?
I like to prepare Italian cuisine for friends and family. I enjoy being an American chef and all the influences that come to bear on our foods.
Where are you from?
I grew up in Connecticut, and have cooked in California, New Orleans, Manhattan, DC and Alexandria.
Why did you choose to be a Chef?
I enjoy feeding people, and the pressure of restaurant cooking suits me.
What do you like the most about this business?
That every day I get to create, manage, problem-solve, and teach. It is always a challenging and rewarding day.
What is your goal at this restaurant?
To execute both the classics and the new at the highest level.
