Who are you and what is your favorite cuisine?

My name is Cory Fey. I am the executive chef at The Fish Market Old Town. Peruvian cuisine is by far and away the one cuisine that I enjoy the most. French cuisine is also one of my favorites.

Where are you from?

I am originally from Cincinnati, Ohio.

Why did you choose to be a Chef?

I became a chef because everyday there is something new to learn and create. Very few professions grant you endless possibilities to create.

What do you like the most about this business?

The people are what I enjoy the most. Having the privilege of serving the public something that they can enjoy.

What is your goal at this restaurant?

The goal at the Fish Market is to create a fresh and consistent product for our customers- to have each customer walk away with the sense of being satisfied.
