Joe Raffa is now the Executive Chef at Oyamel in Washington DC. His presentation skills are exquisite, and you can learn a few of his secrets. You will learn knife skills and knife care and work with a selection of first-rate knives. Class size will be limited to six, so everyone gets a chance to work directly with the chef. The class will be held at the store from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. You don’t need to bring your own knives. Cost is $75, and registrants receive coupons and discounts.
