7:30 p.m. The Washington Sinfonietta under the baton of Maestro Joel Lazar presents a special benefit gala concert. Special guest Crystal Barrett on the oboe for Wagner's Siegfried Idyll, Milhaud's 5 Symphonies for Small Orchestra (No. 2 & No. 4); Handel's Oboe Concerto No. 3 in G Minor, Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No. 3 in G Major, BWV 1048; Bach's Suite No. 1 in C Major, BWV 1066. 7:30 p.m. Tickets will be sold at the door ($18 for adults; 12 and under admitted free).
