Pucci
An exceptionally social dog, Pucci smiles at almost everyone she meets! A 1-year-old Pit Bull Terrier, Pucci was brought to the shelter because her owner could no longer care for her. Although she is easily excitable, she also has the keen ability to quickly calm down. Pucci is extremely tolerant and she likes to play, although she hasn’t shown a lot of interest in toys so far. Because Pucci has such a great personality, she has an excellent chance of becoming an ambassador for bully breeds. With a little training and structure, she’ll be a model to dogs everywhere! We consider Pucci to be a “level 2” dog and recommend that her new family have previous dog experience since she tends to jumps up sometimes when she’s playing. We recommend that she go to a home where the children are 8 years of age or older.
Moon
Moon is a 3-year-old gray tabby Domestic Short Hair. She’s a shy girl who’s looking for a quiet, low-key home. Moon was brought to the shelter from an overcrowded rural rescue group in West Virginia. She’s a little nervous around strangers - she’s trying so hard to make a good first impression - but she warms up quickly if you treat her to some gentle pets and head scratches. She also ADORES chin and ear scratches! To show you how much she appreciates all of the attention, Moon will make muffins with her paws and knead her way right into your heart! Once she gets to know you, she enjoys being held for short periods of time. Moon is a quiet girl and would probably enjoy living with other cats or a cat-friendly dog. Come meet her today! |
